North Florida Pain Specialists is a physician-led interventional pain management practice serving patients across North Florida and South Georgia. We were founded to deliver advanced, minimally invasive pain care — and to do it in a way that puts the patient at the center of every decision.
This practice was founded on the belief that medicine is, at its core, a calling. The principles that guide every decision here are the same ones that shaped its founding: to serve patients through compassionate, direct care; to support the personal and professional growth of every team member; and to make a meaningful difference in the physical, mental, and spiritual health and well-being of the North Florida community.

Every consultation begins with a thorough evaluation — a careful review of your history, your prior treatments, and what your imaging actually shows. No procedure is recommended before the pain source is understood.
We practice collaborative, whole-person medicine. When physical therapy, behavioral health support, or surgical evaluation is the right next step, we make that referral to trusted colleagues. The goal is always the right outcome for the right patient.
Patient-Centered Care
Every decision — clinical or otherwise — begins and ends with the patient. We take the time to understand your history, your goals, and what you have already been through before recommending anything.
Diagnostic Accuracy
An accurate diagnosis is the foundation of effective treatment. We do not recommend a procedure until we understand what is actually generating the pain — and we tell patients what we find, clearly and directly.
Community Investment
This practice was built in Tallahassee deliberately. We are committed to this community — through the care we provide, the students we train, and the relationships we build with referring providers across North Florida.
